You'll find boxer_0.88-20091001-1.dmg in your Downloads folder. Your browser may open the file for you once it has downloaded—but if not, then double-click on the file to get at the glittering jewels inside.
To upgrade from an older version of Boxer, drop the old application into the trash and replace it with the new one.
